Give every child a personal tutor. Give your school the proof.

Enumora teaches your syllabus, on your schedule, in your children’s language — on the Android phones families already own — and ends every mastered topic with proof you can show a parent.

The founding cohort, 2026–27

  • Two private schools, about 800 students
  • Classes 6–8: Science, Mathematics, Hindi, English
  • One full term, free, with thresholds signed on day one
  • No hardware to buy — families’ phones, plus a few loaners

What your school gets

Schools don’t buy technology. They buy admissions and retention.

An affordable private school sells one thing to parents: visible progress per rupee of fees, in a neighbourhood where every school competes for the same families. Enumora gives you three things you cannot easily produce yourself.

0

An admissions story parents already understand

Families in your catchment pay ₹500–2,000 a month for tuition. “A personal AI tutor for every child, included in the fees” in your prospectus offers what parents are already buying, at a fraction of the price.

1

Every teacher, forty children, one-to-one

Teachers schedule the tutor’s sessions, watch a live pulse of what the class has understood, and push targeted re-teach sets where a misconception shows — personal instruction for every child, with the teacher in command.

2

Proof, not promises

Each secured topic ends in a signed credential, verifiable in under a second. Over a term your school builds a ledger of real mastery for parent-teacher meetings that no neighbouring school can match.

3

A competency story that fits NEP 2020

The National Education Policy asks schools to show competencies, not just marks. Mastery per concept, mapped to your board’s chapters, is exactly that evidence.

The tuition math

Personal instruction, six to twenty times cheaper than tuition.

What a family pays in a year for one child’s personal instruction. With Enumora, the school passes the licence into fees as a named line item — and keeps the differentiation.

For the parent

₹150–200 a month in fees buys what ₹500–2,000 of tuition approximates — scheduled by the school, aligned to the syllabus, in the child’s own language, with proof of mastery at the end.

For the school

At 400 students, about ₹6 lakh a year buys an admissions story, measurable outcomes and teacher capacity — against ₹3–5 lakh for one more teacher who still can’t give forty children personal attention.

Illustrative pricing. The per-student licence of around ₹1,499 a year will be finalised with our founding schools. The pilot term itself is free.

The pilot programme

We publish our exam before we sit it.

Before we begin, we agree in writing what success means. At term-end, the numbers decide. Met: your school converts to a paid licence. Not met: we part as friends, you keep the outcomes report, and you owe us nothing.

  1. 1

    Agree the exam

Success thresholds signed on day one: mastery movement, misconception clear-rate, session adherence, and your teachers’ verdict.

  2. 2

    Launch with champions

Two champion teachers per school, with real training hours, and a consent drive with families — child by child.

  3. 3

    One free term

Classes 6–8, teacher-led. A first outcomes report at six weeks, so nothing waits for the end.

  4. 4

    The numbers decide

Thresholds met: a paid licence. Not met: you owe nothing and keep the report.

What a pilot needs from you

Less than you think. No new hardware, no new IT team.

Enumora is designed to arrive in a school without disrupting it. Here is the whole list.

0

A principal’s yes

A thirty-minute conversation, then a one-page pilot agreement with the success thresholds written in.

1

Two champion teachers

We train them properly and support them through the term. They lead; we carry the chores.

2

Families’ Android phones

Android 10 or later with 4 GB of RAM — most ₹10–15,000 phones. We provide loaner phones for children without one.

3

Wi-Fi now and then

School Wi-Fi or a family connection, occasionally, to sync lesson packs and outcomes. Never needed during a lesson.

4

A class roster and consent

We set up the roster and record each guardian’s consent, child by child. A child without consent still learns; nothing of theirs leaves the phone.

Two routes into the classroom

Principals ask

Before you decide.

Will our teachers resist it?

Some may — teachers rightly resist tools that surveil them, grade them, or talk to children over their heads. Enumora is designed as the opposite: the teacher initiates, the class pulse reports to her and nobody else, and her name is co-signed on every credential. Teacher satisfaction is one of the pilot’s formal success measures, so the risk is measured rather than wished away.

We already have an LMS and smart classrooms.

Keep them. An LMS stores and plays content; Enumora is the tutoring layer that works one-to-one with each child on what your teachers are teaching. The two coexist.

What if parents don’t have suitable phones?

Most families in the ₹1,500–4,000 fee band have an Android phone that qualifies. For those who don’t, the pilot includes loaner devices, and a shared family phone can hold a separate protected profile for each child.

Which boards and classes?

The founding cohort runs Classes 6–8, aligned to NCERT/CBSE chapters, starting from a complete Class 7 spine. Other boards map onto the same concept graph, so outcomes stay comparable.

Is this compliant with the DPDP Act?

Enumora was designed for India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act from the start: verifiable guardian consent per child, minimal data, and conversations that never leave the device. See our privacy covenant.

A pilot conversation takes thirty minutes.

Tell us about your school. We’ll show you the product with the Wi-Fi off, and leave you with a draft of the success thresholds we’d sign.
