Learning, fairly and well.
Our name joins enum — the programming type that holds every possible value — with ora, “now”. Every possibility, now: a private tutor for every child, in the language they think in, wherever they are, starting today.
Imagine every child with a private tutor who knows their language, their textbook and their pace — and who never gives up on them.
Mission
Curriculum-true AI tutoring in the learner’s own language — working offline, private by architecture, and ending in proof of mastery a parent or employer can trust.
IN FOUR WORDS: LEARNING, FAIRLY AND WELL.
Vision
The default learning layer for schools across India: K-12 first, then vocational skills and a verified credential trail from a classroom to a first job.
How we build
Principles we won’t trade away.
These are not values on a wall. Each one is a constraint the product and the company are built around.
Privacy as architecture
Personal signals stay on the device. Educators see outcomes, never conversations. Compliance isn’t a retrofit — it’s the floor plan.
Offline is a feature, not a fallback
Every learner-facing experience must work with no connection at all. The cloud enriches; it is never the critical path between a child and their lesson.
Verified outcomes only
We publish what our models can and cannot do, claim only what evidence supports, and put real credentials — not marketing — at the centre of the learner’s record.
Disciplined economics
No pressure sales, no predatory financing, no growth bought with burn. We build products schools choose twice — once to buy, and again to renew.
The teacher stays in command
The tutor is scheduled by the teacher, reports to the teacher, and never addresses a child over her head.
The company
A founder who ships, and a small team forming around the pilot.
Santosh Kumar Nayak, Founder & CEO, has spent more than twenty years in technology leadership and has incorporated two companies. He built Enumora’s working product walkthrough himself — a father who did the tuition math and asked why personal instruction should reach the children who need it least. He owns product, school partnerships and the company’s commitments on this site.
The founding team is forming now: engineers who have shipped on-device machine learning and Android, a curriculum and pedagogy lead who knows a Class 7 classroom from the inside, and a school success manager who will live with our pilot schools. If that sounds like you, write to us.

Why now
Five shifts make this possible — and urgent — today.
Each of these was false three years ago. Together they are why Enumora can exist as a company rather than a wish.
Small AI models now run on a ₹10–15,000 phone
Tutoring dialogue, quizzes, diagrams and voice can be generated on the device, fully offline.
NEP 2020 asks for competency, not marks
Principals need a policy-aligned way to show mastery. A credential per concept is exactly that.
The household tuition squeeze
Families spend ₹6,000–24,000 a year on tuition; a school that includes a tutor wins admissions.
A trust vacuum after the last edtech boom
Schools now prefer sober partners who sell to institutions over consumer apps sold under pressure.
The DPDP Act and its Rules
Verifiable parental consent for child data. Privacy by architecture becomes an advantage, not a cost.
Work with us, or just ask us something.
Schools, teachers, parents, educators, engineers, and programmes for government schools — we read every message.
